I see a ton of before and after posts on Imgur. I though I'd take a moment to show y'all what diet and lifting weights can "hopefully" do to a somewhat healthy person. As I am now, I do not work out. I do however chase around my 2 year old son and Husband. Eat a balanced diet and stay moving. I wanted to make this post for a few reasons.
to hold myself accountable
to celebrate myself on turning 30 this January (I want to look my best by then)
just to see if I can actually notice changes, as I am naturally "skinny fat"
