[What is takoyaki?]
Put octopus, pork and cabbage finely chopped in flour dough, Bake in a circle and eat Japanese-style katsuobushi and sauce.
[History]
In 1936, Endou Umekichi was the first to develop a peddler in Osaka.
In neighboring Hyogo Prefecture, there was a loaf of octopus called Akashi-yaki.
Endo Tomokichi refers to this and developed a dish called radio-yaki with sausage in a loaf of bread.
And someday, Suji changed into octopus and became a takoyaki.
[Characteristic]
Crispy ripe skin and smooth contents, the chewy octopus and the salty sauce are excellent.
It's put a lot of flour dough on the hemispherical plate, making it turning, so I'm surprised a lot of hands.
If you are a beginner, all shapes are broken.
At present there is a frozen takoyaki which is sold at the mart, but of course it is not better than a specialty takoyaki, but if you find only the right sauce, the taste is not bad.
[Recipe]
※Material※
Dough - Takoyaki Powder, water, egg, milk,
powdered rice cake
Ingredients - Octopus, Saffa, Benisho, Tencas
are the basic, depending on the
store may also put canned corn or
finely chopped cabbage.
Topping ingredients - Worcester sauce,
mayonnaise, Aonori, and Katsuobushi
※How to make※
Takoyaki Powder 500g of water, 1,600ml of water, 3 eggs, 100ml of milk, a small amount of red powder and mix well.
Cut the octopus in a good size to eat, and cut the thinly sliced Benisho with the side dishes and soup.
It's put cooking oil in a takoyaki frame and buried it like a kitchen towel. The oil is well impregnated on the iron plate, and the dough is applied so that the dough does not stick out.
Put the dough and put ingredients into it. The more Tencas you put, the more delicious it is.
If you have some degree, turn the edge with a skewer and turn it over.
If it is cooked, put it on a plate and sprinkle topping ingredients.
[How to eat]
If you sprinkle with teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise, or if you want a spicy flavor, mix some more barbecue sauce.
Be careful when eating. Freshly baked takoyaki is hot.
If it is not hot and you want to have a taste of chewing the shell, the meal is takoyaki.
The inside is ripe, but the inside is half the best, but it is also hot.
If you do not want to go to the ceiling, eat slowly.
