Hats! Not only do they hide day two unwashed hair (praise hats and dry shampoo!), they also hide crazy bed hair, protect you from the rain and keep your smart little head warm and cosy.
Unfortunately, unlike London, in Geneva not many people wear hats. So while you’re strutting along Geneva town with your fabulous hat darling, expect a few weird glances and stares your way.But don’t let that intimidate you! Keep struttin’!I love that about London. No matter how strange special and unique you are, somehow, somewhere you will always fit in… just like Julie did when I went to visit her a few weeks ago with a huge plaster on her chin!
A little back story:It’s well known that us two sisters are clumsy kids. Julie was clumsy enough to fall and split her chin to the point where she needed some stitches, a huge plaster and some good ol’ sisterly lovin’.I hopped on the first plane I could see to take care of her and we had a blast.
Regardless that I was sitting on the tube and sitting in restaurants next to my sister sitting next to me with a huge white plaster on her face, nobody really gawked. This is London, baby, nothing is surprising! For those of you wondering, don’t worry, Julie is all healed and well.. and more than ready for me to come visit this weekend! Back to the pictures.
On this particular beautiful and very windy Geneva day I wore:
Hat: H&M (similar)
Sheer black blouse: Zara (Similar)
Ripped Black Skinnies: ASOS Petite
Plaid Black and White Coat: Mango
Belt: Moschino
Boots: Topshop
Bag: Stolen from Mum Glam and
Soul Ring: Thomas Sabo
Lima: Unfindable.
Love,
Rosalina!
