THANK YOU SO MUCH

##Learn when to rest
My last post was fuelled by frustration, frustration that was brought on by exhaustion. I have been trying to juggle too many things at once and that ended up draining my life force. I needed to vent and I felt it necessary that I should do so in a place where I feel is appropriate for my journey of growth and self Discovery.I'm still only human. Although my spirit may break and my will shake, I find pillars of strength in people who pull me out of the dark and for that I am grateful. There's always light at the end of the tunnel and I had forgotten that but I was quickly reminded.” Rome wasn't built in a day”. This is what a friend of mine that I found on steemit said to me and immediately upon reading that all the burden that I had placed on my shoulders weathered away. He reminded me of my goals and of the time those goals will take. Thank you @braaiboy @emergehealthier and @kezza For being my Pillars of strength during my time of weakness giving me the spark that I needed to push on.

The lesson I have learnt from all of this is that it is important to find time to rest and recharge your batteries. Being on autopilot every single day 24 hours a day is draining and exhausting. In the long run it is not good for anyone's health either the mentally and physically; you need to give yourself a break. There's nothing wrong with hard work I think I'm one of the poster boys for hard work on steemit currently and I love it but it is important to take a day off enter rest.

Just saying thanks

This is just a short thank you post for those people I mentioned above and the others who upvoted that post. The words of encouragement and upliftment have truly energised my passion and forced me to refocus and djust to the current predicament that I found myself in. So this is for them, this is for you. Thank you guys so so much. You have no idea how much I appreciate you and how much I appreciate what your comments have done. I'm truly thankful for you...
