There are a lot of programming languages. I hear or read so often which programming language should I start to learn. So now it's time to write an article about the problem topic. First should you know before we starting, there is no the ONE perfect programming language. For every situation there is another better programming language but there are better and not so good languages to start with. For example if you want to learn your first programming language it is better if you don't start with java or C++. If you are a beginner I would in there place starting with HTML and CSS. The reason is really simple. If you start with HTML and CSS you get really fast results but when you start with Java you need a lot of time bit you get the first results. The most people give up because their lost their motivation. You can prevent that aspect and starting with an easy programming language. But before you now say "HTML and CSS aren't a programming languages". Say I "yes I know". CSS is a stylesheet and html is an Hyper text markup language but with this languages you has the best requirements to become a good programmer. In my opinion the best on this way is if you are understand HTML and CSS you can extends you knowledge with PHP or javascript. So you will be better step for step.
