Yeah I guess for you it is probably not worth it. But for me, $3 - $4 is a big boost to the earnings for a post, and sometimes they give bigger votes which is a bonus.
Trust me, it's a bless to be not busy with mudane daily chores and be able to just have not too much going on and have fun doing your own thing! Enjoy it while you can :)
