Have you ever seen the movie “Gods must be crazy” where a man in a passing small aircraft nonchalantly tosses a Coke bottle out the window. It lands close to a small kid in Africa, who has never seen anything like it before.

Well in that kind of plane I flew over my hometown Zagreb. The flight was a gift from my TV show guest Kata Barišić, the owner and CEO of Poklonime.hr.

I was lucky to get a flight class and a panorama flight in a vintage old plane Cesna 172. That’s the worlds most popular plane in pilot schools.

It is very small and when empty weights only 700 kilograms, which is around 1543 lbs. Depending on the weight of the cabin crew and luggage, it can fly for maximum 5 hours with a full tank or shorter if the plane gets heavier.

Since the plane model is very old, a lot of things are manual and pure mathematics and physics.
