If It Seems Too Good To Be True, It Is.

Steemit...Please don't fall for stuff like this!

Short post, but hopefully relevant and meaningful.

Seeing a lot of things come across my feed tonight. Just hoping none of you fall for this crap:

I don't doubt these folks have made legitimate money through their respective endeavors. Just doubtful they are touting it to make other people rich.

Please be extra cautious when looking at posts like this!

I'm sure you all are, but just hope this post call attention to the BS you can see.

I actually respect the authors I highlighted, they have worked super hard to get where they are. However, my BS meter goes up high when I see stuff like this.

There is no such thing as a guaranteed profit. People love to sell marks. Don't be a mark!

Absolutely. My first criteria when judging something that seems to be "too good to be true" is -- "If its so great, why are they giving out the secret for free?".

It just makes sense that anyone with a true "edge" wouldn't be hawking it on a street corner, or posting on Steemit out of the kindness of their hearts. I doubt someone would be that altruistic.

Thanks for the heads up @team-leibniz, its appreciated.
