Sadly I had to make a hard decision today
I had to cut down my sunflowers. With having a crazy unstable neighbor who admitted yesterday to poisoning our garden I can't be 100% sure she didn't do something to my sunflowers. Which means I can't harvest seeds from it or eat them or allow anyone else to eat them including wildlife. So I had my husband go cut them down tonight.
I will pick them up in the morning and bag it up to throw away.
I would normally compost this type of waste but I don't know what she used and can't risk spreading it. So it will go to the landfill. Tomorrow I will be pulling up what I have left to pull from the garden area. I hve already pulled some if it. I will be removing the cedar bed and planting grass seed in that area as I can't plant future gardens in the spots where we know she pour poisons.
I am angry and sad at the same time
I am so angry I want to harm this woman. She could have made my family sick or even worse she could have killed us. She is pretty much a complete stranger to us. We have spoken to her once when we allowed her to have a truck full of wood off our land for a bone fire. That is the only time we have seen her to even spoken to her. Till yesterday and even then we didn't see her as she was in her house yelling at us.
I am trying to understand how someone targets pretty much a complete stranger
That has been nice to them. We don't leave our dogs outside to bark and when they are outside if they bark it is because someone is walking by. But our dogs live with us not outside they go outside to play and to potty. So why would she target our dogs. She has a dog herself I can not wrap my mind around a dog owner throwing broken glass where other dogs run.
According to her tenant she rents a room out
She is being evicted her tenant just moved out today he was getting his stuff. She is suppose to be out of the house by the 14th of September. I pray he is correct and the crazy psycho neighbor is gone in two weeks. Because I don't think I can live next door to her and not beat her ass up.
I haven't been this angry since I was a teenager.
I am so pissed when I think about it I start crying. When I was a teenager and that would happen I would have a black out rage and if you were the object of my anger you wanted to run as fast as you could to get away from me. I had issues with anger as a teenager that I worked hard to overcome. I have held it in check for 24 + years and I am seriously worrried if this psycho woman's action is gonna make me lose my shit. Hopefully venting it here helps me let go.
I talked to the cops again today
He told me if I can get her running her mouth and get her to admit it again they can arrest her. That doing what we are doing with the security cameras is our best course of action. I told him how I was feeling about wanting to harm her. He said if I catch her doing it and I beat the shit out of her he didn't think anyone in the department would arrest me. So that did make me feel slightly better if I catch her I get to beat her ass and have her arrest. My luck I will catch it on camera but not in the act. But I am cool either way.
I want her arrested but will take her moving
I am praying her former tenant is correct and that she is moving. But until then we will be being loud and a horrible neighbor within the law. Hope laser lights don't freak her out. And I hope she doesn't mind the security lights shining in her windows at night. And I hope she doesn't mind the fireworks. Thinking about having a drum circle as I know lots of drummers and maybe a whole little make shift music jam with some screamo. Yes I know many bands some that are into the screamo sound. I am gonna make her regret doing this all within the law.
I am mainly a nice person
But if you try to harm me or my family specially my family I will find a way to make you pay. Psychological warfare it is and if I get luck I catch her in the act.

What a sad thing , Take all your anger and channel it in to something good , like filming this psycho person doing wrong and put it on Dtube , make some steem of it .
For the poison suspected places you can put up a crop that will pull the poison from the soil . Hemp ,not the psycho active one , the kind youl find in bird seed , is a plant that dos it best .

It is illegal in my state to grow currently. So grass will go there and I will start all over next spring.
That's unfortunate. It's time for the powers-that-be here in Indiana to stop being ignorant and intrusive when it comes to hemp and marijuana.

My advice:
Don't allow your neighbor from hell to turn YOU into a neighbor from hell -- even though I don't blame you for having fantasies about really giving her hell.
I hope she DOES move on the 14th or even sooner -- AND I hope she'll get professional help to steer her away from being a neighbor from hell to her next neighbor.
Hopefully, the next person who moves next door to you will be safe and sane.
First I would only be a neighbor to hell to her. Second she poisoned my garden she could have killed us. Since she seems to be getting away with it unless she does something else. I think being a neighbor from hell for the next couple of weeks is totally called for. Cause if we are this far away from her house and she is doing this what will she do to someone else. Maybe if we can teach her a lesson now she will never do something like this again.
This reminds me of a story closer to home where an idiot neighbor was shooting over a property line. He and another couple of families had been causing the family whose property was being shot over all kinds of grief by making it impossible for the family to safely do what they wanted to do, which was raise horses. They poisoned the water by pouring some sort of solution such as gasoline in it; unplugged the electric fencing; etc. The family had to throw out all of their hay and any kind of horse feed where they had already opened the bag, as they didn't know if these neighbors from hell had tampered with that. Anyway, they were considering leasing a portion of their land to a pig farmer with this being done as close to the property line as possible so that the pigs would stink up the property of all three offending families and hoping that the shooting neighbor (who wasn't the brightest crayon in the box) would shoot at the pigs; get in trouble with the pigs' owner; and end up losing his property due to either going to prison or paying a lawyer to keep him out of prison. They were actually planning on keeping the little pig farm going until it ran all three families out to where they'd sell their property on-the-cheap and the family would buy it; rent two houses out to people of their choosing; and live in the best house. And, of course, they would be collecting rent from the pig farmer.
Hopefully, if you do this, it won't end up driving your neighbor to do something even worse such as opening fire on you with a gun or setting your place on fire.
This woman clearly needs professional help and is going to be an angry person until she receives it.
I have a theory as to why she's wrongfully blaming and punishing you for this but will private messenger you later about that.
