Talking about stress is a very complex thing to deal with. The person concern should resolute how he would be able to cope with the anxiety attack he undergoes. Many of us has different ways in coping with it, aiming towards a stress-free life. Generally, I listed three course of action to manage and calm the condition.
Control stress - Understanding and assessing the situation is one of the bullet way in order for you to relax. Express a subtle feeling and feed yourself a more resilient approach. Cushion yourself with comfortable surroundings and the only solution is to desert the generating cause of hatred, anger and resentment. A person who deals with self hatred, self-doubt and self-denigration is suffocated by his own ego. Breath it out and set aside worries. Don’t fight with your negative thoughts. Listening to soft melody music could lessen a bit and recharge your battery.
Beat the anxiety - How would you be able to beat anxiety at times of your worries? Make a room for your hobbies, anything that can lighten up your mood could vibrate a more calm behavior. Busy yourself with leisure activity and be unconcerned with your angst. Take a break and do meditation. Release all the negative emotions that affect you deeply and have a moment of silence within you. The stillness of mind can assimilate and learn the pros and cons of your being.
Stop anxiety - No matter how hard the situation is, you have to stop it before anything else. Heal the wounded pride without delay and don’t prolong the process. At the end of the day, no matter what unpleasantness you’re going through, still find yourself something to be involved with. Sometimes there are friends giving advises who you can turn to, but the one who takes responsibility is only yourself. So, deal with it and look for possible means in order to stop. Alter your inner self to enlightenment and take a final decision to end it up. Shortly after, when things subside you will see yourself loosen up from knot.
SIMPLE TECHNIQUES
My way of beating stress is just a simple treat to myself. Either food, movie, a new hairstyle or just a little exercise. But most of the time when I’m not in the mood of going out, simply checking my plants in my little garden and tweaking out unnecessary weeds is enough. Moment after, it releases happy hormones to a more relaxed mood and invigorates atmosphere. That way, the unbearable stress is beginning to flourish and I will forget the anxiety even just for a while. Sometimes when I’m tensed my pet dogs make me elated. I cuddled and played with them, in return of their kindness and gentle warmth affection. I believe that pets is also one of the ultimate medicament that could alleviate stress. For me, they make me mirthful for their being frisky.
Likewise, my small concrete fish pond at the back of my house, also gives me a distinctive relief of strain. Observing and watching them swimming simultaneously, (like of swimming school), giving me profound joy in my heart. It’s reduced inquietude of oneself if sobbing is not an option.

Good article and useful as well. i prefer practicing swimming in a swimming pool because it helps to train more number of muscles, especially those which can not be moved by exercise.
