An Aussie cartoon of the 90's
Ah Pinky and the Brain. Who doesn't enjoy an evil, diabolical mouse (The Brain) and his goofy sidekick (Pinky). The Brain was always trying to come up with new ideas and ways to take over the world, every episode. Each plan was doomed for failure though due to many factors which include Pinky's goofiness and The Brain's plan being too close to an impossible to succeed plan.
The animation in the show as well as the idea behind it I thought, was quite nice and goes well with other cartoons of the 90's involving different sorts of ideas, wacky or strange characters, specific scenarios with the aim of achieving their goal and an overall, enjoyable cartoon.

I didn't actually get to watch heaps and heaps of episodes, but I did my best to get to watching many as a kid, along with so many other cartoons to choose from. I might visit the show once more, when I find it!
