It's always 4:20 in Boulder, Colorado! I was recently dining at the Buff restaurant in Boulder and I thought I should share their decorations. There is a wall filled with clocks and all of them read 4:20 all the time!
Boulder is quite a unique place and this unique display found in the Buff sums it up well.
