My wife and I make down to earth videos and they get flagged all the time now.
My wife makes homesteading, crafting and cooking videos. Nearly every one is flagged as "not suitable for all advertisers" and gets no income until after it has run its course.
I think YouTube is blocking preppers, homesteaders and off grid families now.
Its a conspiracy theory but I have heard from many other YTers who have the same complaints.
Or maybe they blocked scammers and beggars and that could be why your videos get flagged Troy
