It's not physiology that much, but more psychological. The thing is you forced yourself into dieting but didn't want to go on that diet. Try going on fish

I did force myself. :( It's a matter of being able to eat without my stomach hurting after every meal. I did some research and went back to the grocery store and got better prepared, so far no animal products. The craving has went down for meat. I'm going to try and stick it out a little longer. I am desperate to be able to eat without pain..... Thank you for commenting.
