I think Ayn Rand was a greater and more accurate prophet. Stuff we see today are better described in Fountainhead (greatest piece of work in modern literature) and Atlas Shrugged. Orwell only saw the surveillance and bureaucracy. Ayn Rand saw the entire philosophy and the narratives and the tactics.
