Absolutely, the current energetic representation of all of our past/present life experiences and choices is contained within our Being and therefore accessible on some level. Not to mention our ability to access the universal mind which provides flashes of insight or intuition. The veil is not a steel reinforced concrete wall, but instead a semi-porous barrier that can be lifted or removed completely. My belief is that the great enlightened prophets and bodhisattvas reached this state and attempted to guide others with their teachings.
There is a spiritual (to me spiritual really just means energy) awakening occurring on this planet and I therefore expect more and more people to exhibit, what is considered, extra sensory capabilities... especially children.
