Hi everyone!
As is tradition in our town lots of people gather on New Year’s Day and jump in the river! I’ve done it 4 years now and this year was definitely the coldest! I didn’t think it was going to be that cold but oh my gosh it was freezing. It made my fingers and arms go so tingly! Didn’t stay in for long but the feeling after is more than worth it! I’m going to try snd do more cold plunges this year, do any of you do it too? I can’t bring myself to do cold showers I’m definitely better at getting into a cold bath etc than having it shower down on me! Anyway hope you enjoy these!
