I will tell you what happened during the past 2 weeks so you can catch up , then i will try to publish at least one post per week
Week 1 : From 11/04 to 11/10 , 2017 (101.2 Kg / 223.10 Lbs)
when the first week started i was at (105 Kg / 231.48 Lbs) , i went to the gym every night , i worked out for an houre and i followed a diet , basicaly some rice and chiken for breakfast and lunch , and a soup for diner , i was excited when i found out that i lost weight and acoplished my goal for that week , i was at (101.2 Kg / 223.10 Lbs) at the end of the week
Week 2 : From 11/11 to 11/17, 2017 (97.5 Kg / 214.95 Lbs)
During the second week , i suscribed to an MMa gym and started my work out , 2 hours , 3 times a week , it was rude , during my first training and i almost passed away , i had to take a break , then i continued training , and the end i was so tired i couldn't stand up , but it felt so good , it makes you feel so alive even if by the next morning all your body hurts ,
but i fucked up my diet during this week , i started eating more and almost everything so i gained weight and it pissed me of , i gained the weight i lost during the first week , so at the end of this week i was at (105 Kg / 231.48 Lbs)
it means i have to work harder next week
