The first day of flow camp was nice and calm. It mainly revolved around setting up the café that @umulius is in charge of. After that in the evening the guests started arriving. There was a welcome speach and a drums circle on the beach afterwards. The rest of the evening was dedicated for some music and freeflow. Tomorrow the flow arts workshops start! Theres a bit of a mosquito situation here in the evening time, but otherwise everything is very shanti so far ^_^ We are blessed with sun and 25+ degrees so far and the forcast for the rest of the days are looking similar!

On a camping site next to Tyrifjorden, about 1 hour drive from Oslo.

Nice to see a fellow flowmie on here! I have yet to go to a flow camp or burn but hope to soon! What do you spin?
