Hello @markwhittam, home schooling is not illegal where I come from and social service is almost nonexistent, so I cannot say I know how you feel. All I can say is that you are a good father and husband, and most importantly a very brave person. I do not think I would be as brave as you are in such a situation, but you Sweden won't be home for your kids if you guys keep running and avoiding social services, it may be a race that has no finish line. Your kids are young and they'll adapt easily if your help them, so I think you should find a better place that will accept your beliefs and values, and maybe, if things go well, your children will call it home.
