100 days in Steemit
100 days of meeting great people
100 days to believe and create

100 days have passed since my approach to this platform, 100 days that for me have been years, in which every second count and lead me to learn and move forward in the achievement of my goals.

I must admit that when I entered Steemit's platform the issue of earning a "extra money " didn't seem to me at all bad -I always wanted to have a good PC and several teams to help me create my ideas as a filmmaker and as a designer.- In fact, it represented a real help to my pocketbook and that of my family in the face of the difficult situation that exists in my country, but beyond that I believe that I have discovered a new world.

Without realizing it, I left almost all the social networks I frequented, I have created things I never imagined creating and I have seen a growth in myself that I believe I had never seen before. All this in just a hundred days.

Now, although many may find it strange, I must thank the @cervantes project and **Why not? I may currently have differences of opinion regarding the methodology they use to cure and to raise funds through the project, however, if it were not for curators like @nelyp in the eyes of @velasquez, or @rafarosado in the eyes of @sancho.panza my contents would perhaps become little or nothing in the enormous sea that this blockchain represents. Also if it wasn't for this project I wouldn't have met many great people who are by my side today, besides, I wouldn't have been able to develop as a writer and beyond that, as CEO of a project, I'll talk about later. So if mainly, I thank you both and apologize for not continuing to be so active in your community, the appreciation to you both is the same and that will not change.

Well, things have changed, I have changed and the discovery of the platform has led me to believe and create in new ways, so I will take a few lines to explore what day by day makes connections in my mind. It should be named after it, so this space will suddenly be called:

Previously I have been known in publications such as my
Introduceyourself, or even seen me talking a little bit about one of my hobbies as it is
Parkour. As an amateur writer, however, I tend to capture a lot of myself in my texts and that is something that characterizes me. I have spoken of love, of life, of death, of fantasy, I have spoken of many things that in some way I could only speak of here through literature. This is an area I have always loved;
write and read, read and write.

But beyond that, there are also many other characteristics that are part of my essence.

A little more about me:

I am a Venezuelan, born in the central region of the country, native of the state of Miranda, in a small town called Charallave.

From a very young age I knew that the artistic world would be present in my life, however the social pressure exerted by my relatives led me to quickly forget a little of that and focus on the branches they preferred: mathematics and physics. To what end? Studying engineering or engineering never bothered me to know about these areas, but I found them boring, insipid, lifeless as far as I was concerned.

I saw myself in many moments as a singer, writer or even developer of videogame stories, I spent my days outside looking at the environment and seeing the "art" that lies there. I was surprised by the costumes, the dances and the plays, I enjoyed a film and was transported into it myself, but I thought, "Am I capable of entering one of these areas? The answer would come later, as I was leaving high school, entering universities, looking at the world beyond my comfort zone.

The arts were once again beginning to take on a presence and those attempts - which did happen - to enter an engineering or management career were being replaced by something stronger, a feeling deep inside my heart: Cinema.

The compass that turned in many directions began to look north and a self-discovery emerged in me when I entered the "School of Media and Audiovisual Production" (EMPA), in the city of Caracas, from there it did not take me long to enter the National Experimental University of the Arts and begin my journey as a student of audiovisual editing and postproduction.

From that moment on I discovered that my life had been misdirected and it was time to specialize in an area that would catch my attention and somehow "fill me up".

This also added to two great key pieces in my life, the first one: being left-handed and reviving that creative hemisphere of my brain, and the second one: Parkour, my great companion for many years of my adolescence to the present day, sports discipline and philosophy of life that helped me to discover myself in this long journey.

However, we know how Venezuela is, we know what is happening in this country and we know how difficult it is to get into almost anything within the territorial limits of the nation. I don't want to go too far into this aspect because I once did a post for an @anomadsoul contest in which I touched on the political aspect (you can read more or better said see more, by clicking here). there.

But it needs to be said, because I believe that if it were not for that aspect I would not have sought an escape from this reality through a computer. If it weren't for this situation, I wouldn't even use Steemit. If it weren't for this situation, my life would be focused on other horizons, full of trips as I used to do, full of ideas and approaches already executed, films made and other projects that I have proposed but that the "revolution" has robbed me of.

In short, I could say that I must thank all that has happened in my life for bringing me here today and for having already 100 days of adventures, learning, great friendships and new projects to undertake.

Achievements, opportunities and goals:

When we arrived at a new place we realized that there are many things that can be achieved, opportunities to be presented and goals to be achieved, Steemit was not going to be the exception and it has been a place to which I have dedicated much, MUCH time, and not precisely because I wanted to "earn money", as I thought at first, but rather has become a link between people, How many of us here have not left social networks such as Facebook or twitter because of the little contribution they have made to our lives lately and instead we find a real wealth that helps you in your personal development as a human being? My case has been like this with Steemit.

So I am going to divide this part of my progress in these 100 days as follows:

Friends: For me this is something that can't be missing. At first I hardly knew anyone, it was difficult to adapt and follow the theme among so many heads and worlds to know, I felt like a newcomer in a town where there are already established communities with established people, so I had to start fitting in with some of them. As I said at the beginning, I arrived in Cervantes where I met many people, mostly Venezuelans like myself and little by little we shared our tastes, adventures, passions and other characteristics of our lives, as well as I got to know English-speaking communities and some other Spanish-speaking communities where little by little we became friends. People like: @aidarojaswriter, @heibert210, @johannfrare, @alileon, @majo1989, @unicornia, @marcelim, @exzorltg, @dreamsaboutcats, @jwilhelm87, @arrozymangophoto, @miguelvargas, @gabriellecd, @elfranz, @vadimlasca, @limabeing and stop counting, are excellent creators whose coexistence has helped me in my development and has shown me that in humanity there are still invaluable beings with good hearts. For all this, thank you.

It is incredible to know that there is so much diversity, it is incredible to see that each space, even though so similar, can be a completely different world at the same time; the themes, the criteria, the people, everything! If there is one thing that Steemit knew well it was the issue of communities, but of course in part this would not have been possible without tools like Discord in the first place. This aspect has not only contributed to the interaction and sharing of publications in promotional channels but has also allowed the learning of the same users in different subjects for their own development through podcasts, talks and other activities, ie: We also act as a great virtual campus for the promotion of learning! And personally.... I love that.

Projects: Once we have friends, we have tools and learn from the different communities and from the blockchain itself we tend (at least in my case), to be project visionaries. Whether it's the development of an editorial line, a book, a band, a production company or wanting to go further and do a little bit of everything, we'll try to go up a notch in our way of looking at Steemit's structure and how you can contribute your own grain of sand. In my case, this link between communities, friends and learning led me to want to develop a macro project such as @elarca.

Echoes ingles-10.png

Echoes-14.png a lot has been said about how in such a short time I started a project with so many future-oriented goals as this space dedicated to the arts. the project, as I have explained many times, was born from this visionary attitude of wanting to take to the net projects that by country situation it is impossible to develop them fully in Venezuelan society, and beyond, it was born from the need for artists to have a real space, in turn, from the need to generate an intellectual and monetary income for them that would allow these artists to act as such, being creative and creators in their own land. This is motivated by the fact that it is no secret how difficult it is to grow up as an artist in Latin America, and much more difficult when you are a young man who is shut out for not having "the necessary experience". For this reason, we saw the opportunity for all of these Spanish-speaking artists who were at Steemit to create their own windows and open their own doors through their efforts and growth in any of the 7 main arts and their sub branches.

It's hard to get a delegation, it's true, and it would really help us a lot to support the people, but sometimes I think that beyond that, I wish I could see how the people both big and small in this vast sea would value the work we do and that @the brand would become a real artistic reference within the Spanish-speaking community, where each reward does not go into my pocket or the team's pocket, but rather works to cost and produce artistic activities of people in the different cities of Latin America**. Wouldn't this be better? Concerts, recitals, plastic works, sculptures, architectures An immense universe of possibilities!

The project grows day by day and people feel comfortable with the activities we carry out in the community. In this way, we have achieved the creation of links between users who have begun to see beyond a vote, and have begun to care more about who is by their side, who supports them and who values their work over time.

It is a small project, which seeks to grow quickly, but we know that with effort and dedication it can become a great oak. A friend of mine told me at the beginning of all this journey "Rome was not built in 1 month", and today I know that she is right and that hard work and dedication will be the one who will carry all this forward.

Finally: I want to say that I am grateful to be here. I had too much time without feeling comfortable somewhere and strangely enough I got it on this platform. It's not just money as many see it, it's an ecosystem full of life and diversity that helps you emotionally, psychologically and physically. It is a space that has shown me that great things can be achieved and where these 100 days are just the beginning of a long road that I am delighted to travel. I hope to continue learning here, getting to know here and creating here what I wandered through my mind.

Thank you very much Steemit community and thank you dear reader for taking the time to read these lines of this unique publication. A big hug and like me, I invite you to keep creating and believing that your goals can be realized.

I love this article, it is the first of yours which I have read (but I'll later head over to your blog and check out more!). It is beautifully written and well presented, anyone visiting it can see the thought and care you have put into it.

As an English teacher, I too love words and I'm also left handed! I should probably add that my name is Miranda ;)

Nice content you have here. I agree this community is awesome.

thanks @bdncontent! thank you for thinking that. Both the ark and Steemit in general is a wonderful thing to observe, share and interact with.

Excellent brother, as you know the person is getting better, with the effort you take daily, to achieve what you want, you are inside them. Congratulations

Thanks aldahyr, with effort I know great things are coming.

Keep doing what you love! Cheers : )
