We can all complain about the price but if we want to see it increase then somebody needs to be buying it. Step two would be to stop so much being wasted by the DHF but that's another problem.
This is only a small drop in the ocean but i remember another user who kept buying small amounts every week until they became a whale.
Unfortunately I don't have much spare funds at the moment but while Hive is languishing at 16 cents i think it's a great time to try and increase my stack.
Things have slowed down a lot on hive over the past year but we still have lots of great projects building here.
Especially with hivefest coming up in September it should give us an idea of where we are for the next year or so in terms of projects and developments.
100K hive is the next goal to hit but that will come from being more active with my blogging again and by buying up small amounts when i can find some funds.
$100 every so often will really speed up the process to hitting my target and start climbing the hive ranks again after a slow summer.
This game is all about conviction and consistency. From what i have seen in the wider crypto world there is still nothing to compete with hive and its apps. Most of the other eco-systems don't have one worthwhile project but have marketcap of billions based on hype and scams.
So if we ever do make that breakthrough to the mainstream i would love to be one of the hive whales to help steer the ship.
Until then small steps and often to help get there.

I have been doing the same. I think consistency is key I know I need to blog more.
Hard to stay on top of the blogging but once you can build a decent stack it grows very fast even from voting.
Really speeds up after a while.

The DHF is an absolute bleed, and it's saddening, but in market positions as this, we should be blocking holes and mending bridges.
Everyone should be responsible for the change they want to see.

Most of it is for important development work but valueplan and hivewatchers are a huge waste of money and hurt the economy.
I hope we can begin to reconsider this.. I guess the fact that we've not been able to collectively agree on this is why a decision is not being made to do something about it
