The plan is simple.
Get monetized on Twitter and use it to buy Hive while expanding my reach into crypto twitter.
Simple really but like anything else in this world it takes hard work and effort to grow a social media account.
Luckily I've had the account for years already and use it to promote Hive but the bigger it gets, the more people I can reach in the future.
Unfortunately for now that means using it as a comment machine to gain impressions but it will be worth it if i can grow to 100K followers and spread the Hive gospel it will be worth it.
I got the premium account on black Friday - Signed up to X premium plus for the year.
Started taking it seriously about two weeks ago - Updates on my twitter acocunt
Now I have it all figured out.
This was my last two months from the post above.
This is the past two weeks since i started putting in some time to it.
It turns out that getting impressions is easy. All you need to do is go onto a post about Trump and give an opinion. It doesn't matter if your for or against the post because whatever you say will get people arguing with it.
One comment from this week gained 125K impressions and it wasn't even that controversial. More sarcastic than anything.
Who knew the man was so smart. Tax other people so that Americans don't have to pay.
Brilliant stuff.
See, not even that bad but the original post got 14M impressions and my comment was in there early.
I do try to comment mostly on crypto posts and share hive content but at 1K views per post you would need to be online 20 hours a day to reach the money line.
Hive was the same in the early days. If you wanted any rewards or any visibility then you needed to be on the big authors and the big posts.
It's the only way to grow a small account until you're big enough to stand on your own feet and others come to your posts to grow.
The circle of social media life.
But it has a side effect too. All of the commenting and engaging gets you new followers and a bigger audience. Tis could draw a lot more eyes to projects here on hive if I can keep it growing.
Even now there have been 1500 visits to my profile in the past month which could lead to more sign ups. It's basically a big advertisement for the Hive blockchain which will hopefully draw more users in over time with a sign up link and a post about monetizing your social media account.
Now lets see if I can break that 1M mark this week and keep it going.
