I don't know why but I like that thumbnail photo of me a lot. I guess everything about it just speaks happiness with that cheeky grin and a thumbs-up. Honestly, I haven't thought of something to write for the weekly Sunday Multivitamins because my brain just keeps telling to go rest. I got called in for work for the first time on a Sunday because my team and I are behind deadlines for a big project. The schedule was messed up to begin with but I still try my best to lift the load off the team a little. Had a little ranting here and there though....hahahah
But as I was thinking of what to write about for my weekly Sunday Multivitamins, the iconic song 'you've got a friend in me' from the first Toy Story came to my mind.
I guess this week, I had a really nice time spending time with friends even though I've been swamped in with work all week since like forever. I haven't got to catch up with them because the meetups were too short but I don't think they'll be running away. Haha.
Like they also say, 'You don't need a lot of friends but a few quality ones will do'. I'm blessed to have met them (and I don't just mean the ones in the photo) but many others from different corners of my social circles. Church friends, Steem friends, Working friends, High school friends and many others. I always try my best to cater my time to each of them and sometimes I wish I had more than 24 hours!
Because I know each individual have their own story to tell.
I'm blessed to have friends to have cared for me and not because I'm perfect, good or fun to be with, but because these are amazing gems that when you meet them, you hold on tight to them. And for me, I try to always be a better friend to them as well. Juggling in between career, social life and business.
On the Steem blockchain, I'm happy to have met many awesome friends as well, from the #teammalaysia community to my other special blogging community, #powerhousecreatives. I probably can't name all of you but you know who you are, if you're unsure, then you can drop me a watsapp or DM on discord and ask me whether 'I've got a friend in you'. Hahaha, okay that was pretty lame but yea.
One of my good friend actually taught me many lessons at being a good friend. I don't think she realized that but she have showed me many examples and it is through her actions, I've learned a lot. Some of the things she has taught me in this little journey of friendship :
- To always give your friend a benefit of a doubt.
- Always trusts him/her and know that his/her intentions are always good.
- Saying sorry when needed. Her humility and humbleness has taught me so much.
- Always be honest if your intentions are good because a good friend knows where you're coming from.
- Always tolerate.
- And many more...
I'm just blessed to have friends like them around and though some I've not contacted in a while, I hope to catch up with them soon. Part of my life revolves around these amazing peeps and they always bring out the best in me. :)

Such positive vibes you got sharing. It humbles us when we reflect on things so it is imprtant to have a break amidst our hectic lives. We need to be brought down to what is important.

Don’t we all wish we had more than 24 hours in a day but sadly we would find reasons for that not to be enough either!
I’m blessed to have a small but engaging group of friends. Many times we just give each other a wave in chat group once a day. Yep, that other guy waved back and is still alive we good for the day. Other times its far more meaningful conversation than that or even some games we play together.
Ohhh, being a gamer myself, I totally get what you mean. I miss the times when my friends and I have LAN parties playing counterstrike and other online games together.
