Yes! I would have wanted to know how she got that screw out! I am guessing that it is a problem that he has seen before. I wish you could have seen me the very first time I took off the keys on my keyboard to the horror of my kids a few years ago. I needed to clean in the back of them.
Most of the problem with laptops is that they are so disposable now, don't you think? That was really nice that the store didn't charge you and I will admit, the scratch was like a crime, but, it was pretty hard to get off. I would say that you definitely scored a win there!
