Peanuts are foods that are easily consumed without dosage. You could have unknowingly spent a jar of peanuts so it actually causes a heap of calories. There are about 160-200 calories in 28 grams of nuts, although this type of calories is almost all derived from the content of monounsaturated fats. This is the recommended amount every day. This figure is roughly equivalent to one hand.
To avoid excessive consumption, take the nuts as needed with a small bowl and finish slowly so you can better control how many beans have been spent.
Place the beans in small plastic containers as a snack to carry as on the way or at the office. In a day, do not consume more than containers that have been prepared.
In addition to nuts in original form, you can consume them in the form of jam. Spread peanut butter with other healthy foods, like apples or whole wheat bread.
Nuts can also be sown into breakfast cereals, low-fat yogurt, salads, or low-fat ice cream.
Boiled peanuts are a healthy choice of preparations. But you can also bake it for 5-10 minutes in the oven.
