Hello friends and hive cooks, it was a perfect day to cook something special, so I decided to prepare a delicious baked bondiola in its juices. With the meat ready, I topped it with red onions and strips of bell pepper, as the aroma began to fill the kitchen. I seasoned it with salt, pepper and a splash of olive oil, and gave it a special touch with a little white wine. With the oven preheated to 180°C, I let it cook, knowing that I would soon have a delicacy on the table.

After a couple of hours, the moment arrived. I opened the oven and the spectacle was impressive: the bondiola fell apart on its own, bathed in its juices and surrounded by golden vegetables.
