Since it was first published in 1959 this book has become a best seller, and has helped millions of people around the world to improve the quality of their lives. The author, Dr. David J. Schwartz is a world known authority on motivator.

This time we will discuss a little important lesson of this book. Here are 7 valuable lessons that I've Learned from The Magic of Thinking Big:

  • The Power of Faith

The Magic of Thinking Big teaches that anything we want in life can be achieved if we have a strong belief in that desire. Just like the message Napoleon Hill, the author of the best-selling book of all time Think and Grow Rich. He says "Whatever your mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."

  • Stop Making Excuses

The next important lesson that there is no reason for people to be unsuccessful, in this section Schwartz explains that there are four common excuses that humans use most as an excuse to justify why they are not successful. Namely Health, intelligence, age and pretexts of fate. Stop making excuses if you want to succeed.

Successful people stop looking for excuses, people fail to find excuses to quit.

  • Think Big

Think big, then you will get great results. And you will be a great person in life, happiness, accomplishment, and friendship. You are actually bigger than you think. So think as much as you really are.

Thinking big in any situation, will make you win in any situation.

  • Think Right

Includes four chapters in this book. Dr. Schwartz teaches us that thinking right about ourselves and others is the key to being a great and successful person.

Thinking right about yourself is looking at you like your greatness. Organize your environment into your successful friends. And make your attitude as a big and positive human.

  • Action

Make action a way to bring your success. Do not like to procrastinate. Do it as quickly as possible. Jhon Wanamaker, says "Nothing Comes Merely by THINKING about it!" Whatever your dream, no matter how much your mind, if you do not act, you will not get any results.

"Vision without action is a daydream". Japanese Proverb.

  • Dare to Fail and Dare to Rise

A core quality of successful people that distinguishes them from ordinary people is that they have the courage to fall and then take lessons from their fall and then rise again. And finally succeed.

One of my favorite good messages in The Magic of Thinking Big is "The secret to success and progress is: save something from every setback."

  • Set Your Goals

Whoever he is, whether leader or follower, rich or middle person, must have a goal. Goal is the beginning of all achievements. So to be a great and successful person, the goal is absolutely necessary.
So.. Set your goal high then exceed them.

Here are 7 valuable lessons from The Magic of Thinking Big's success book. Hope can be a reference to your success!

We may never be strong enough to be entirely nonviolent in thought, word and deed. But we must keep nonviolence as our goal and make strong progress towards it.
