As the two-way down on the list of suspects, Joe wants Kylie to stay, but she is determined to be in action, the torque setting for the final conflict they have to overcome to be together. Shalvis brings his signature style to another Heartbreaker Bay novel and satisfying on many levels. However, light and darkness, with unrest sit down together, for example, the criminal Taking funny photos of the penguins in dangerous situations, which seems more appropriate for a game of a real crime. In addition, Kylie insists on compare Joe to his mother's boyfriends typical despite all the signs that he is different, as well as the vagueness of the theme of "Men are simple and stupid enough to the woman who was docile and civilize", wears a little thin.

But strangely typical Shalvis with mismatched content.
