1 day lost in cryptocurrency market

I alway panic at all time. I lost 500$ yesterday. Now start with 100$ and try to earn fast.
I believe power of TA :)

I have a question : how can you lose money in that type of market ? You decided to sell at a loss ? Because not so many coins have totally disappeared right now, if you keep telling yourself it won't disappear so easily, you won't lose money.
