There are 125 pages in book 1 of How To EAT TO LIVE . This book was copyright in 1967. It was printed in the United States. While I am willing to #discuss the religious aspects of this book I am sharing it for the benefits and knowledge it has to offer.   

Chapter 1- Right Way to Eat

The opening chapter of How to eat to live blew me away! I could not believe my eyes, but I managed to get pass that because I do not have the right to judge. I am not aware of or have any proof to make a comment on this man’s claim. It happened before I was born, and it is not what interested me into reading such a profound book. 

In the chapter of how to eat to live it stakes the claim that what you eat has a high impact in your health. I noticed that the names of God were used intertwined; Jehovah and Allah. Elijah Muhammad told in this book that this is the way he taught his followers to eat. I am confidence that his advice was well received and helped many. Here we can learn the proper way to diet also. 

I have found myself going to the doctor and having to take water pills to help my blood pressure to lower. It has a lot to do with the foods I put in my stomach. The chapter ended by saying eating 3-4 times a day is not the proper way of a diet.
