I've been thinking about reading some of Weirs stuff, but I have never gotten around to it. My sister has read close to 60 books alert this year. She is a machine. I have a Kindle library of books I am too lazy to start!

60 already this year. That's incredible. I think I am on maybe 20 or so. I go through phases of really liking it and times where I really don't want to do it. Thankfully my friend here has a massive library of books becuase kindle releases just don't feel as good.
I'd question how much my sister actually retains what she reads, but she is pretty smart, so who knows. Probably smarter than me when it comes to book smarts. She does this thing where she skips over the small "irrelevant" words like the, a, and, etc. My wife does that too. It's like speed reading I guess.
