I have written 6 full-length books on real estate. I have written a few other books that were only ebooks and not very long, but I have six real books and I have been working on my seventh.
The seventh book has been much different from the others. The other books I used information from my blog to write the majority of them. I took articles I had written, or I wrote new articles knowing they would be for the new book. I took those articles and rewrote them into a book format. My book Build a Rental Property Empire has been a best seller for years and done extremely well. After writing that book I thought it would be a breeze to sell all my books that well. However, that did not happen. The other books did well, but as well as that one. You can see all my books below on Amazon.
I got pretty tired of writing books after writing two in 2017. Then I got two new ideas for this year. One would be an advice book on flipping houses. I would put together a bunch of short and quick tips. The second was a novel that I had worked on before. I have asked myself a lot how I can make the biggest difference in the world. Writing a book that educated the young generation was one way I could do that. The idea was to write a book that was in the Rich Dad Poor Dad style but have it contain actual information on how to invest in real estate.
I have been writing all from scratch this time which I enjoy. It is not easy to piece together articles so that they make sense. I have 37,000 words written and I think it will be a really cool book on how the average person can get ahead in life with real estate. And be entertainign at the same time.
Wow, good stuff. I published a rental property investing book last year and planned on writing a first time home buyer book by this year, but have not made much headway. Impressive you have gotten the books done amidst all the flipping and investing.
