It also looks to be full disclosure. The more I look, the more it appears that Huxley was right in the middle of physical and mental population control and negative eugenics programs. I'm open to new information, but it really looks like he, his brother and father. did not have most of our best interest in mind. In fact, it looks like he was almost like a Bond villain. I didn't think people like that really existed. I don't think he had a volcano lair, but it wouldn't shock me to find out he did.

I don't think he was an insider. I think he as using fiction to explore a possible outcome from the trends he saw in his time as a warning against them though.

I found an interview with Albert Stubblebine U.S Army Major General Ret. who confirmed that Aldous Huxley was one of the heads of MKUltra. This is it. It starts at about :40 minutes. He's a little evasive, but I'd say it's at least a good lead.
