Yes, it is. It was a hard decission as the @boomerang team does not want to accept terms of blackmailers. It was only done to prevent any more damage to the users.
@boomerang was always appealing on common sense against abuse. The investors (delegators) get 100% of the value of the bids, so it is fair also on this point.
