@aksdwi - Great that you take responsible and action by refunding the people Bid. I have nothing offend on you, but only a previous happy loyalty customer with your great services on the past.
But what about me? You sent undervalue upvote with negative ROI which was not supposed to be once ended round (screen capture and trace back record on Steem Blockchain can provided). It was positive ROI but you keep adding. Node down but you add 4-5 hrs later to my bid round?
I suffered from your bot technical issue. And I am sure that so many bidders suffered but not shout out like me.
