It’s a bot that upvote at an interval of 2.4 hrs at 100% voting power.
Bidder will be get at least 270% upvote, if can’t, @rusia will refund at immediately.
The upvotes are distributed among the bidders in proportion to the bids placed in the current round. i.e, if A bids 0.03 SBD, B bids 0.02 SBD and C bids 0.01 SBD then A, B and C will get 50%, 33.33% and 16.66% upvote respectively.

How to get upvotes from @rusia?

First go to http://macintro.com:8448, and then you will see this page.

You can see Max bid 0.01, Max reserve bid 0.07

On the current turn, you can bid by 0.01, and the status immediately changes to "Stand by".
However, if you do not want to share @rusia's voting worth,
you can book a maximum reserve bid of 0.07 then, the status will change to "reserve"

Now go to WALLET, click on -> SBD/STEEM Balance, then select -> TRANSFER.

Transfer a minimum bid of 0.01 SBD/STEEM with your POST LINK in memo.
