Not sure who runs @upme so I can't speak to that.
I went through some of his posts via steemd.com and see that freedom is providing most of the delegated SP. upme stopped paying the last two days to freedom maybe a new deal is in the works but it is insane how much SP freedom has.
Im not a zeartul to stop paying for my delegation. Where you see missed payments :))
