So yeah, I haven't been posting on Steemit, because I created an AI chatbot for myself. Now you can talk to me (well the artificially intelligent 'me') anytime night or day.
Two days ago I was perusing Brock Pierce’s Twitter feed and somehow I found my way to his AI-powered Brock Bot, which I used on the Facebook Messenger app.
Brock Pierce is a co-founder of Block.one and a well-known VC entrepreneur (think EOS). Brock Bot is the artificially intelligent version of Brock Pierce, so it contains links to his interests, investments and professional profiles.
Brock Bot is a simple Messenger chatbot, and I found out that it’s easy to program. It uses blocks, not coding, so this makes it easy for anyone to create, even people who don’t know how to code. You can imagine my excitement when I learned that not only is it easy to program, but it’s free as well (now, who knows the future?)
I tried out a few words in Brock Bot, including, ‘EOS’ which didn’t yield any useful responses. Even though Brock Bot was rather limited in scope, the spark of curiosity was already lit in my mind. I didn’t know if this bot would be free or what else was involved, but from that moment, I set out to program my own AI bot that could interact with people day and night. I spent the next 6 hours programming my own bot, using chatfuel.com and to my surprise, it’s functioning well. No technological glitches or anything so far. Here’s the link to my Stellabelle AI chatbot: https://chatfuel.com/bot/youtubestellabelle
You have to have Facebook Messenger in order to use my chatbot. That’s the only requirement. (I know, Facebook, but after I program this one, then the next one will be for the Steem blockchain).
So, here’s where you come in: try out my chatbot and give me your honest feedback. This is a completely voluntary thing, so if you’re really into artificial intelligence, then this could be fun for you.

EASTER EGGS
There’s already a hidden Easter Egg contained in the chatbot. One word will trigger it, and so people can try to figure out which word is connected to the prize.
Yeah, the poop emoji does get triggered....but it doesn't have anything to do with the Easter Egg.

No but it's a free tool and a bridge between the old (FB) and the new (blockchain). Many people still use Messenger even though they don't use Facebook.

The other thing I thought your bot would be good at is being able to answer questions related to Cryptocurreny prices, trends and knowledge. Some extension of the KC training. Perhaps if you took the 3 most commonly asked questions from the KC meet-ups and got the bot to know how to answer them.
My guess is that they would be (Based on me explaining to friends and coworkers)...

Wow! This is really an incredible concept.
An A.I. bot of the legendary @stellabelle. I would love to give it a go. But i'm pretty sure it's still in a beta state. It can't be as outspoken, confident and as unique as you. As for the easter egg.....can we or I, get a clue in regards to the hidden word? Because the @stellabelle i know is probably a dictionary on her own, and uses several words in a conversation. It might be tough figuring out the word, without a clue.
I want to try it as soon as I can!... btw can I buy pepperoni nipple tokens with banana tokens? Banana tokens are worth $50... my prediction is they will be $180 soon...

That's really nice to have a bot who works like me and can do some automated task. I will test it.
There are dozens of free bot building platforms these days which do not require any coding. I tried a few of them but after the Messenger allowed the bot usage on its platform, most bot-builders have changed their focus to Messenger only. Thus all development and support for other platform suffered.
Personally, I prefer Microsoft's QnA integration on their Bot Builder platform as it doesn't require any extra effort to deploy the bot on Messenger or Telegram or Skype or Slack or several other platforms. Earlier I was eagerly waiting for when whatsapp would give access to bots on its platform. But since I joined Steemit, I discontinued paying attention to these platforms as none of them supports Steem blockchain or Discord app. If you find any, I'd love to hear from you.

Just so everyone knows, I upvoted everyone who tried my chatbot with 100% strength. As I kept voting, the amount went down, so the amount is not tied to the quality or anything. I'm not advanced enough to figure out how to make it an even amount. If you tried out my bot, and I didnt upvote you, please comment in this thread. Thanks to everyone who gave me suggestions which I will be adding.

You should make some calculations so the first upvote is like 90%, next 92% maybe and so on... While the vp decreases the % increases.. But it would depend on how many upvotes you wNna give. Btw I tried it and my comment is belowww n.n good night stellahuman
I tried to talk to the chatbot (her? It?) & apparently my social awkwardness has hit new highs because I just get the same auto-response about my failure to ask understandable questions. Which feels fairly real since I'm unable to chat with actual humans either.
Now I've triggered that response so much I feel weird bothering a bot, so I gave up. I may try again later, but I feel a bit bashful since my complete lack of ability to engage with a bot could be seen. 😊

Example: If someone asks what curation rewards are, the bot can give short answer and suggest posts to read further.
