I was also about to add a suggestion... since I do acknowledge that I only critiqued the negative.
THE ONLY SOLUTION IS TO FORK.
Let the steemit that has become what it is continue..
Give rise to a new steemit where you DO vote and manage each other solely as human participants. NO BOTS... and see the outcome.
