Yes, the @witzbot is a german bot. witz = joke. So he comments with some funny jokes - but only in german.
He will answer, if you use the tags #witz, #witzig or #lustig
Maybe, I will make an english jokebot? But therefor I would need another phonenumber for the account-verification :-(
