Okay. I've had enough of streemian not working or being unreliable.
I'm putting a 1000 STEEM bounty for anyone who can create an app that does curation trail and that is reliable.
Specs:
- Uses STEEMCONNECT
- Does CurationTrails and Fanbase (people can auto-vote for you)
- Can pay in order to get in front of the curation trail (premium feature)

We are currently working on these things for steemvoter.com and will soon (tm) have these features ready for everyone to use. We also plan to switch to steemconnect (posting authority) from private keys, but this transition will take time.
The features are big changes and will take time to be tested throughout but be aware that we will soon have something to show you :)

Can't wait for this. I think steemvoter is one of the more promising steem apps/tools I've used here on steemit. Will just be a "pro" feature or will free users be able to use these as well.
I stopped using them because the cost of one of my votes per day was too much. I would rather pay a flat fee.
Did you know you can pay 3 SBD per month to disable the vote? We try to make it is prominent as possible but people still miss it...
Wow! I had no idea about this. I don't have a ton of SP accumulated at this point, so for me the vote would be cheaper, but I totally see where some higher Steem Powered account would not like to give $5+ upvotes each day. Thanks for this knowledge drop.
I am paying the 3SBD / month fee for avoiding having them using my votes. I think 3 SBD a month is a fair price. I will forward your announcement to the guy who coded the steemstem bot :p
We are currently discussing the exact numbers but from what we are currently planning, free users get a free limit of trails to follow, just like with vote rules.
That would be good. I didn't you there was a 3 SBD per month option.

We have identified the need for this in the market and are already working on guilds and trails as mentioned by @reggaemuffin, we should have some progress for you in the near future. This is good news! I switched from Streemian to SteemVoter for my fanbase voting, but I still use Streemian for following curation trails. Problem is, it works maybe half the time. I'm looking into SteemAuto, but I'd rather have a single tool I can stick with.

I love this idea!! I just made a post yesterday about the persistence of these little bugs for around 10 days now. Without going over what I said, which is similar to what you said anyway, I'll just say that I couldn't agree more and would love to see a reliable app created. I consider it a must before the real scaling to millions begins. I'll be watching this post very closely as that is a hell of a bounty which I'm sure will get people's attention. Thanks for doing this and I look forward to its positive impact for all!

Yeah that's fair enough and a good thing but this app is still gonna require a server to store the curators, trails and precedents baised on payments and servers have ongoing costs... so the app must come with ongoing benefits. Not sure if the payment would be enough :P
$5/month to be a premium trailer is well worth it. :-)

not to hit this great thread by such a good person with something that comes across as "negative". but this is untrue. beyondbits paid to have steempay app built but ned downvoted it. :/
I use beyondbits to pay for all kinds of community things and @cryptoctopus could too if he would use the tools that have been made available to pass out tokens like whaleshares and beyondbits do :)

For curation trail everyone I know uses https://streemian.com/ and no one I know has complained about how it works You can even tell it how many times to vote on your behalf a day
