Great idea! With a front end developer this could become a reality in a month or so. One issue will be speed since someone like you(@papa-pepper) has 100s of blogs to go through. To improve the speed you could get a backend dev.
Overall technology wise I'd recommend going with a JavaScript front end and working on a Spring based backend after the initial launch. I'd usually be up to help but I'm getting married in a month and then taking a one month vacation so I couldn't do anything until September. Best of luck though! I'd be more than happy to lend a hand picking technologies or reviewing potential coders githubs if needed.
