On the other hand, computers can now trounce the best humans in pure thinking game like chess or go, and their ability to crunch numbers make us look like imbeciles. We still have our strengths and true AI as shown in tv and movies is still quite far away I think, but there's plenty of tasks where computers have indeed made us "obsolete".

Yes, I have talked about that in past posts. This one is about actually processing data like us, and being able to make decisions like us, and the difference between how we operate and their capacity to mirror us. That's the context here. Thanks for the feedback.
Fair enough, they still fail badly in many ways when it comes to processing data as we do.
