This is the prettiest most fluffy bread I've ever made and I'm so proud of myself! I'mn slowly starting to get a hang on this. There are many simple steps to making bread but small adjustments make big differences.
The most important thing I have learned is that timing is super important and you gotta read your dough to see what it needs and when.
That's actually a really cool loaf that you got! Congratulations on an excellent round of baking.
That looks PERFECT!!!
Legit.

It's only sometimes that I get my bread just right. It's an interesting thing I've observed - I share my bread with others a lot and it's usually a pretty good bread, tasty and stuff. And then once in a while it comes out perfect, and it's so easy to spot in reactions, just wow.
It is a beautiful bread. What recipe are you following?
Most of the time bread is good but sometimes you hit the jackpot. Bread is such a sensitive little thing, never truly know what it will come out as.
I don’t really follow specific recipes, like ever 😅 I have my own young little sourdough starter made with both rye and white flour, then the actual bread is just white flour and linseeds. I did cheat and use a tiny bit of yeast because I’m impatient 😝
It's not cheating :) you have the right to make your bread as you wish!

Fantastic looking bread. I really love cooking in cast iron dutch ovens. They do an amazing job of even heat.
I actually don't even cook anything else than bread on mine 😅
oh, dear me!
I am a huge fan of stews and braised beef. That dutch oven is amazing for slow cooking some fantastic hearty winter meals.
What a beautiful bread you've made.
