Baking in lockdown, focaccia edition!

The time has come to make a quick bread that I can put my fingers in, all oiled up with olive oil and just smash dimples into it. Cause...well, stress reliever, I GUESS?

Sourdough, kept in fridge about 24 hours. All bubbly and yummy. In the oven it went..for too long. What can I say, I like it BLACK!

Then sandwiches or just snacking until it is gone.
