Boil the wheat porridge (not to be confused with millet!) On the water with a little salt. Place on a plate. Sprinkle with a chopped apple and raisins. You can add a small piece of butter (the size of a large cherry) to the porridge, it will not do any harm, as the wheat porridge is the most low-calorie.
