I was just too lazy to remove and to dry them ... 😝 Usually I dry them in my semy hot oven and store them. I always feel pity to throw them away because of their health benefits (for example normalizes intestinal ecology, treatment against detoxification of the liver, Fighting bacterial and viral Infections and Treating Food Poisoning and some more ...)
I mix the seeds with black or multicolored pepper for the pepper mill)
