Breakfast is the most important meal of a day.
We should not skip breakfast as we start a long day ahead of us. We need so much energy to move forward and work all day long. Having our meal in the morning helps us not just to boost energy but to be lively and productive since we are full.
FYI to those having their diet plan, bear in mind never ever skip breakfast. You can skip lunch nor dinner or have just a spoonful of them but not your breakfast. You can have a plateful breakfast as long as you want instead.
A common breakfast a toddlers and graders musthaves should compose of protein, fruits, veggies and some carbs, a healthy meal indeed.
As for teens considering they have to be energized for all the schoolworks, paperworks, activities had to take at least more on carbs and proteins. But nowadays modern world take control and instant foods invade the cafeterias, sweets and street foods are around the corners, so we should be extra careful in everything we are putting in our mouth.
Now comes the young adults who works and stay awake almost 24/7 and even forget to glance at whats inside the fridge. As we grow old, the nourishment that our body needs are not enough because we tend to be overwork , lots of workloads, adding up the stress. Many nowadays been taking vitamins and supplements to which can help our body work properly.
