On March 22, 2018, first responders will begin arriving at Sleep Train Arena, the former home of the NBA's Sacramento Kings. They will include the Air Force and several Government agencies. A truck filled with burning faux radioactive material will drive into the arena where victims of a natural disaster will be gathered. The power is out, so they will go inside in nearly total darkness. It is unclear how many Crisis Actors will be involved. What are your thoughts? Are they preparing for a credible threat?
